Kyosan creates responses with the aim of replying to the specific questions from the customer making the inquiry. Diverting, repurposing, or disclosing the relevant customer the contents of a response either in whole or in part without Kyosan approval is strictly prohibited.
The relevant department(s) strive to respond promptly to all questions and proposals received, but depending on the content of the question, a response may not be possible or may require some time. Further, please note that responses received on Saturdays, national holidays, the festival season, spring and summer breaks, and other days on which the company is closed will be handled on or after the next business day.
